 Learn to calm your mind and body with guided meditation with certified meditation teacher Isabel Raci. Different types of meditation may be explored in sessions: moving meditation, Zen, Vipassana, mindful, mantra, loving kindness, laughter, and yoga meditations including chakra. May include gentle yoga. Chairs will be provided and feel free to bring your own pillow or yoga mat
